Delivery and availability
Delivery times run from our order confirmation, provided that payment has been received where advance payment is required. If the product page does not state a different delivery time, the delivery time is three days.
If an ordered product is unavailable, we inform you promptly. If it is permanently unavailable, we do not accept the order for that product and no contract is concluded for it. We also inform you promptly if a product is temporarily unavailable.
Prices and shipping charges
All amounts are in EUR. Free-shipping thresholds use the value of the goods after discounts, excluding shipping charges. Consumer amounts include VAT; business amounts exclude VAT. The shipping charge for your delivery address is shown before you place your order.

Business customers (B2B, excluding any applicable VAT)
For shipped orders, the buyer pays the shipping charges unless free delivery or a different individual agreement applies. For webshop orders, charges and free-delivery thresholds depend on the B2B table under “Shipping and payment” and the destination country or region. Amounts and thresholds are net of VAT, after discounts and excluding shipping charges; VAT is added where applicable. Charges are shown before the order is placed. Separately requested transport insurance and individually agreed special transport are charged additionally. Any customs duties, fees, taxes and other public charges are payable by the buyer to the extent permitted by law. Delivery to the Dutch Wadden Islands is not offered for B2B orders.
Payment
You can use the payment methods offered for your order at checkout. The available methods and any specific payment terms are shown before you place your order. Payment is due when the contract is concluded unless a different due date is agreed for the selected payment method or for your order.
Payment on invoice for business customers
Payment on invoice is available only after our individual approval. Without that approval, orders require advance payment or another immediate payment method offered at checkout. Where payment on invoice has been approved, the invoice amount is due within 20 days of the date of the official invoice unless a different payment period has been individually agreed. Individually agreed payment terms take precedence. We may also require advance payment during an ongoing business relationship; we will notify you of this no later than the order confirmation.
